How has your project evolved since you started making work for it?

When I formulated my initial idea, I thought the projects were going to be much longer, and less like one day projects.

What have you learnt about writing a proposal?

You need to have a solid idea in order for one to be happy with the content you are creating, and it has to have certain flexibility so you don't paint yourself into a corner.

Which aspects of the project have you found easy/challenging and why? Are these as you expected?

I have found difficult trying to create work that would actually impact a viewer, right now everything has been rather visual in the sense that they are nice graphics, but not something that could truly have impact. An easy part of this project has been trying to use new methods and experimenting with different styles, which is something that I have enjoyed even if it comes with challenges.

Which methods of evaluation have you carried out and which are most useful? Why?

I have been using daily reflection as a way for me to evaluate my own work, and thankfully I have had my first in-person class to share my work with others and receive feedback from them. However, I would like more feedback,as when I share my work with others my peers have great ideas.

What other outcomes do you want to achieve by the end of Part 3?

I really want to do an app, just so I can learn a new method, and also because I think it would mesh really well with my intent of being able to engage with a viewer in a more direct manner.

Which of the assessment criteria are you most confident about? And which are you least confident about.

I would say that I have been most successful in implementing practical and technical skills in order to finish my creative projects, and using the appropriate methods and skills in order to solve problems. I have been very “self-initiated” in the sense that if I want to learn something I will try to figure out a way to do it.

What do you need to do next in order to progress your project and improve your potential for a higher grade?

I need to get more from my own reflections and others' feedback. I would also say that I need to invest more time in my sketchbook, as things have been happening so quickly that I have discarded it a bit.
